CNC BTA Drilling Machine for Tube Sheet (Heat Exchanger)

The SHTB series is a Column type BTA drilling machine designed for drilling holes of tube sheets of heat exchangers in petrochemical plants, power plants, desalination plants, etc.
Tube sheet can be drilled and finished in just one step by setting on a lifting table. BTA drilling ensures high precision productivity of more than 10 times of conventional twist drilling plus reaming.
With gundrilling or endmilling attachment, drilling of small diameter holes or grooving work can be operated as well.
An optional horizontal table designed for deep-hole drilling of various kinds and heavy weight workpieces is also available.
